I hope all you mom's had a great mother's day. Payton and I had a great weekend together. Jeremy went to Ada Friday night to finish his mom's floors so it was me and Payton all weekend. Friday we went to Caleb's baseball game and then he went home to sleep and after my mom got home I went shopping at Kohl's with Kim, Kaylee and Kaylee's friend Emery. I got some new sunglasses, my mom a necklace, me some earrings, a pair of gaucho's and a tank top. Then we went back to Kim's house and I stayed and hung out for a bit. Saturday Payton played and slept and I cleaned and did some laundry and spent some time outside. Payton loves it outside. Then Payton and I decided to go grocery shopping to get out of the house a little. After he went to bed my mom and I decided to watch the movie "The Family Stone" It is a cute movie. Sunday was a great day and very busy. I spent Mother's Day with My mom, Aunt Carole and Uncle Fred, Kim, Kaylee, Ryan, and Payton. That morning my mom, Payton and myself got ready and went to Walmart and then to my Aunt's house. My uncle treated all of us to Olive Garden for Mother's Day! After Olive Garden we had some time to kill before Ryan's baseball tournament in Edmond started so we went to Edmond and went shopping at the Super Target. I got another pair of sunglasses and I got Payton some shoes and another baseball hat. He looks so cute in his hats. Jeremy called me to tell me that Payton called him at 6am to tell him what to go get me. Payton got me two shirts. Payton also told Daddy not to get a card because I already know how Payton feels about me. I was laughing the whole time Jeremy was doing this. He is crazy! I just love my two boys! I had a great weekend and a wonderful First Mother's Day!

Payton is 6 Months Today!
Today our little Payton is 6 months old. Wow! I can't believe it. He weighs 20lbs. 14oz. He is 26 inches long. He got two shots today and did so good. He only cried for a minute and then acted like nothing happened. He does have to go see two specialist. One for his eye. I think he has a blocked tear duct and then he has to go see a urologist. His left testie is hiding! They want to make sure they can get it to descend and if not he may have to get surgery. Nothing major. At least lets hope not. If it is not corrected it could cause fertility problems when he is a adult.
I have had such a crazy past month and a half. Way too much going on. I have lost my brain somewhere. Payton Dr.'s apt wasn't till tomorrow morning, but they went ahead and see us today. As soon as everything looks like it is getting back to normal something else happens. Just a little brief on what has happened in a month and a half. My dad got very very sick and put in the hospital due to his emphysema and had to get on oxygen. I guess he almost went into cardiac arrest. He got put on oxygen for a little bit and he is doing better now. He is smoke free. Then we lost Mattie Anne. We started worrying about Payton doing this shaking thing and took him to the Dr. for that. He is okay it is just a development thing and he has to take albuterol sometimes and that causes you to shake some. Then I have been busy trying to get my best friends bachlorette party and lingerie shower together only for her party to become a diaster. Then we lost Harley last night and was told today our son may need surgery. What a month. I hope it gets better from here. I usually can handle stress, but I don't know if I can't handle anymore. We have had a few other things come up. It will get better. Well I guess I better get some work done.

In Memory of Harley Dog!!
We lost another part of the family last night. Haley was a Sheep dog / Chow mix. He was huge. He was 12 years old and getting pretty sick. We noticed that saturday morning he wasn't eating as well. Usually you fill up his bowl and he eats it all as soon as you give it to him. Sunday he had what looked like a lot of sleep in his eye and getting pretty laze. Because Harley was such a big dog he had arthritis in his back legs real bad, so Jeremy and I tried everything to get the dog to take some medicine and it wouldn't work so right then we knew something was really wrong and so I called the vet yesterday and took him in. He was so weak that he wouldn't even lift his head up. Harley was suffering from kidney failure and some infections. The doc told us we could treat him, but it would very costly and being that we were dealing with a very large breed dog and he was old that his survival rate was under 25%. Jeremy and I went ahead and decided to put him to sleep so that he didn't have to suffer anymore. It just hit him so sudden. Just last week he was fine and we took him for a small walk down our street. He can't walk much, but he needed to get out of the backyard for a few minutes. I got Harley from my cousin Kim when she found out she was pregnant with her daughter Kaylee . Harley was 6-9 months old when I got him and just a little fur ball. Kim and Scott couldn't keep him in a apartment so I asked my parents for him. Harley had a wonderful life and I will really miss him. I told him to go take care of my mattie girl. I don't have any pictures of Harley with me so I will look for some and post them later.
